This is actually a display error. The tabs in the Address Book application can be changed and dragged across the main bar. If you have fields that are displayed off window, scroll to the right and then drag them back. There is also the possibility that one of the fields contains empty space characters. Dragging from right to left should fix this issue.
I am using the Windows version but I am changing over Mac, is there a version available for Mac?
